I'm taking on the Stayin' Wild Challenge!
I am taking part in the Stayin' Wild Challenge, proudly supporting Beyond Blue. Over the next 28 days, I will be walking 10,000 steps a day, and completing puffing, lifting and agility challenges.

Final DaySunday 29th Nov Well we got here! Thank you to Annette, Team Leader, for encouraging us to do this with you. It has been fun! I have approximately 5000 steps left for my 70000 for the week, but have more than smashed the 280000 target! So proud! And I only ate one chocolate bar while walking...great work team and teams. 🏆
Week 4, Day 1Monday 23rd Nov Well last week, I am surprised how quickly this has gone, last week was a bit of a struggle with a few social commitments, but we are in the final stretch! My team are amazing and have the best sense of humour which has made it fun! Well done to all teams, you rock! X
Day 10, Week TwoWednesday 11th Nov Almost through week two, it hasn’t been that bad adding the stairs, but I have the benefit of a two story house. I think next week will be the hardest, however weirdly I am looking forward to it! Must be my competitive nature. Good luck to the rest of my team and those involved. It’s a great idea and any step is a good step.... forward, backwards or sidewards......it means you are moving!
Day 7, week 1Sunday 8th Nov Well the end of week one is here! I didn’t really think I’d make 70,000 steps it just seemed out of reach, but 9am and only 4,000 steps to go. Feels good.
