Week 3 and so gratefulSunday 27th Sep Week 3 down and feeling grateful! It was an very crazy week for me balancing lots of things at work, acting manager, running workshops in my enabling water sensitive communities project and making time to catch up with much loved friends. Often I feel over stretched and adding the challenge in the mix has been a real test! One that has really helped me prioritize some time for health and adventure. Getting some beautiful walks in like the Coastal walk from kiama to Gerringong definitely made a highlight of the week.
End of week 2Sunday 20th Sep Well here we are, another week down and this time adding 10 flights of stairs in the mix! Definitely completed the stairs every day but this week I had a cold join me by Wednesday slowing me right up and meant, even trying pretty hard I’ve pulled up short by 8000 steps! I plan to make this up over the next week now I’m hopefully on the mend! Steppin out!
Last day of week one...Sunday 13th Sep Challenging week and worth the challenge! Had zero motivation to get steps achieved today On the last day of the first week that I’ve manage to keep up in. I was feeling low and generally not good at reaching out beyond usual few who weren't feeling it either. Mustered id say 5% motivation at the thought of a few amazing sponsors, so I put joggers on! My doggies got excited and next minute I’m striding our 12000 steps! 🙌 struggle was real until I was out walking. Hope you all had a great week 🙂 lucky me with my best friends, my pups who now are soooooo exhausted! We did it.
